ABOUT THE EVENT
Community Movement is a space for you to connect, listen and relax into the wisdom of your body. To some, this practice may look like dancing; for others, it seems a bit like yoga or jumping around; however, you will quickly realize that it’s not about what it looks like. It’s about what the movement feels like moving through you - from the tip of your fingers to the arch of your back.
We will practice listening to the calls of your body and act on them without love rather than judgement, permission vs oppression, and acceptance rather than shame. Join me in this exploration of your inner calling.
Our 60 minutes together will consist of a short check-in, a share from your facilitator, approximately 35 minutes of movement, and a community share to conclude our time together.
